Leave a note for the Living Theatre Workshops

I was one of the students at Mount Union College who participated in this workshop for our Kershaw lecture. This was an incredible experience. It was a weekend I will never forget. We experienced the joy of performance, creative, teamwork and improvisation. Some of the techniques we learned were startlingly new and some seemed strange to us. However the more we did them, the more we found ourself not only enjoying the process but learning from it as well.As an actor, we learned how to move beyond a script and how powerful it can be to tell a story with your body. We learned a lot about the Living Theatre and a lot about ourselves. This is one workshop you don't want to miss!

To be more clear. If people are given the opportunity to work with the Living Theater Workshop, and decline; if they see what these wonderful people do, they will walk away wishing they had taken that chance. I'm sorry I wasn't very clear before.

Thank you so much for coming to Mount. I am extremely grateful for the time that was given to help us, not only as college students, but as young adults learning about the world; express the concerns we face every single day. This was, as I said through out the time spent together, if a person sees this and is given the opportunity to participate, that person will walk away wishing they had. I want to thank you for posting your news clip. After watching, I thought that this was wonderful. That clip tells me that I'm not the only one with questions that I have no answer for. This is encouraging me to keep up the search for the answers, even if the answer isn't what I want to hear, there will be answers somewhere at some point. Thank you so much for the encouragement to "Have some faith."

Just writing to say thank you very much for coming to Mount Union College :) It was a great experience and I feel like I learned a lot that I probably wouldn't have anywhere else. I'm beginning to feel a lot more confident on stage and this experience certainly aided the improvement of my onstage ability. I loved being able to take part in writing a show, and performing it. It was a blast, and if I ever have another opportunity to do something like this again, I totally will. Thanks!
